Vision of the unit
In line with the government’s directives to build real partnerships that result in providing the necessary resources to develop the country’s economy, Baghdad University had its vision in establishing specialized centers and units that help students and graduates to develop their personal and scientific practical applied capabilities within their specializations
Unity message
1. Enabling students and graduates to develop their academic and practical skills in line with the needs of the labor market and scientific specializations.
2. Building effective communication bridges between the university and employers through quality training programs and strategic partnerships.
3. Follow up graduates in their work sites and assess the extent to which their performance is compatible with their specializations to enhance the quality of educational outputs
Unit goals
1. Directing and guiding students to the importance of specializations in the scientific departments in which they are accepted.
2. Preparing and implementing training programs for graduates and university students
3. Follow up students after their appointment in health institutions in the country and assess the extent of utilization of their specializations

Developing the skills of graduates and students and assisting them in developing their personal and scientific abilities in practical and applied work and within their specializations
